The wait is finally over as Nithin's much delayed film, Courier Boy Kalyan has hit the screens today. Directed by debutante Prem Sai, this film has Yami Gautam as the female lead. Let's now see whether the film is worth the wait or not.

Story: -

Kalyan (Nitin) is a happy go lucky youth who falls in love with Kavya (Yami Gautam). To woo her, Kalyan takes the work of a mail boy and begins to visit the office of Kavya with more packages per day.Twist in the tale arises when Kalyan is invited to deliver a package that is linked to a huge conspiracy involving a renowned group of physicians. Things take an ugly turn when the dreaded gang begins to follow Kalyan for the package. What is the plot? Kalyan What will be done now? and how will escape this deadly situation? Which forms the rest of the story.

Plus Points: -

Story of the film is quite new and has a single principle. The way it was put into a contemporary approach needs recognition. Nithin has done a decent job and carries the film on his shoulders. It is exceptionally good in all romantic scenes and shares a decent chemistry with Yami.Ashutosh Rana is ok that the corrupt doctor. Yami look elegant but not much to do in the film. First half of the film interesting moments. The romantic track is good and the twists that come during the interval make room for a second half racy.

Negative points: -

The major drawback Courier Boy Kalyan are the songs. Although they sound good and were well drawn, they are a huge disruption. It clearly shows that manufacturers have added these songs only to commercial viability, but unfortunately, they impede the procedure big time.climax of the film seems rushed and you feel that the procedure should have gone a little longer. After a windy first half, the film's narrative takes a severe beating and slightly away mood. Manufacturers should be easily added more excitement and drama to improve the procedure.

Technical aspects:-

Music by Karthik and Anup Rubens is very good, but unfortunately the songs are unfounded. background score is decent and so raises the film. Scenario is ok in the first half, but falters a bit in the pre-climax. Installation is lower than that policymakers would have altered at least two songs. the camera work is decent, and how all the sensations were designed look.Coming to the director Prem Sai, he does a decent job with his debut. He chose an interesting subject and that the well site. But unfortunately, he falls for the trap too commercial aspects and attempts to add elements that spoil the mood of most of the time.

Verdict:-

When you try to induce unnecessary trade items in a very interesting and attractive concept, the result is Courier Boy Kalyan. The film, which could be a decent thriller is seriously hampered by the arrival of songs and a rushed climax. But a first-half breeze and excitement engagement save the film ends as a simple watch ok.
