Be a lone lion king and transformational leader,not part of a herd of cattle!!

We are always advised to be part of a group  or  a team or even a crowd for our own safety, so that we are not isolated during difficult circumstances, that is our strength   etc. How far this is true in all circumstances? What are the instances when one would prefer to be on his/her own and not mind being a loner than be part of a Team or a Group or a Set or a Crowd etc? 

1)   Be a courageous loner

      Not part of an army of cowards! 

2) Be a loner,ethical and civil

     Not Part of a crowd of dishonest devils! 

3) Be a loner,singing a different tune

     Not part of a chorus singing out of tune! 

4) Be a loner with a positive enemy

     Not part of a set of negative friends! 

5) Be a loner,responsible to the fore

    Not part of a group, irresponsible to the core 

6) Be a loner,not wasting your time

     Not part of a gang, wasting everybody's life. 

7) Be a loner with focus and attention

     Not part of a team working in different directions 

8) Be a loner with constructive ideas

     Not part of a mob with destructive thoughts 

9) Be a loner saving other's lives

     Not part of an outfit taking other's lives 

10) Be a loner,valuing family ties

       Not part of a family,full of negative vibes 

11) Be a Lone,Spearheading Bullet Train

       Not one of many,slow Energy Drain(s) 

12) Be a lone poor,very rich in thoughts

       Not one of very rich,poor in deeds        

While definitely one would like to be and should be encouraged to be part of a Team, Group, Outfit , Family, Set of friends etc which is Positive, Sincere , Reliable/Dependable, Constructive, Values Life and Time of self and others, Achievement oriented, Inspiring, Motivating, innovative, Entrepreneurial, Dynamic ,Honest etc, for the sake of being part of a Team, Group, Set of Friends etc one need not sacrifice, all these precious Attributes. If one has the ability to be part of such team, Group etc to Motivte, Inspire, transform and derive positive performance from them, one is a TRUE TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADER OF STANDING and REPUTE. 

TIME AND LIFE ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE.NON-RENEWABLE&VERY PRECIOUS RESOURCES (Though there can be Time Management,Time extension to a limited extent by Outsourcing,Delegation etc) WE NEED TO PRESERVE THEM WITH ALL OUR MIGHT AND NOT FRITTER THEM AWAY,BY BEING PART OF SELF-DEFEATING GROUPS, TEAMS ETC
