In the last summer holidays I and my family made an Andaman Tour and it was a life time experience for me. Till that time I was ignorant about the natural beauty of that place. The group was comprised of me and my family along with my auntie. After that we moved to the water sport complex, which is famous for varied water sports. I was waiting to get there to make my dream come true. I am very fond of adventurous activities and hence snorkeling, scuba diving etc was very cool for me. But my parents don't try those activities.
After that we go for boating. It was a lengthy one and continued for hours. Meanwhile we caught some fishes and were very happy to see it. That fish was prepared for us in the dinner. In that group one boy of my age was there and later we became good friends. After dinner it was leisure time for us. Everyone presented some forms of dance or song. Entering into the forest I was filled with excitement because in my life time it was the first experience of visiting a forest. There we made a tent and prepared food. Fish was the main dish and was caught from the nearby sea. My mom is an excellent cook and she fried the fish in Andamanese style. Some other dishes available in Andaman were also served for us from the side of our guide. After that we restarted our journey and I found some rare plant species with beautiful flowers. My father being a plant lover took so many photos of the plants and he created an album with that. After wandering here and there in the forest, we take our room in the government guest house which is located inside the forest. It is the only resort inside the forest and hence we had booked it before we started our journey. Safe and calm resting house was arranged for us inside the forest. It made me astonished in all sense.
Time to Explore the Tribes!!!!
Next morning we continue our journey to know more about the lifestyle and culture of Andaman tribes. I was little anxious, because I had heard that they are isolated group of people who don't like to contact with the common people. But some of the tribal groups are quite social. We meet those kinds of groups and took some photographs with them. The group with us was from China and was really funny to talk with them.
