What happens when two divorced men, perfect for each other, lives in the same house and one fine day two ladies visit them? Will they behave sanely or things go out of control? This is what Rashmi Sharma's play, A Perfect Couple is all about. The play is a black- satire on the relationship of couples and at the crux of the story is two divorced men, who comes under one roof.

A Perfect Couple! delves into the lives of two friends – Dev and Abhay – who are divorced. Dev suffers from obsessive compulsive disorder and Abhay is a music composer who takes life as it comes. What happens when these two come together under one roof forms the crux of the play. In the beginning, everything seems to be in harmony, but conflicts arise when two ladies visits them. . The relationship between the two friends changes and gets twisted into something like that of a married couple. Words are fired, misunderstandings arise and further chaos ensues when their friends start passing witty comments on their relationship. To spice up things a little bit and break out from the monotony, the two friends decide to go on a double date. It being a dark comedy play will make you laugh till your gut hurts but it also puts you in a zone of self-realisation and self-abasement by the end!
