Ranulph Fiennes was born in England in the year 1944. Sir Ranulph had his studies at Eton. He worked with Royal Scots Grey and later got enlisted with SAS.
In 1968, he joined the Army of the Sultanate of Oman. Two years later, he was given Sultan's Bravery Medal. This was after he had successfully led the British Expedition on the White Nile.
