The magical voice that has ruled the Bollywood music for over three decades is coming to Mumbai to enthral Mumbaikars with his evergreen songs. Kumar Sanu who is known for his songs like "Tum dil ki", "Dil ne yeh kaha hai dil se", "Jeeye toh jeeya kaise", "Dil kya kare", "Is tarah aashiqui ka", "Dil mera churaya kyun" and more. His last Bollywood track was for the film "Dum Laga ke Haisha", starring Ayushmann Khurana and Bhumi Pednekar. He has been awarded the Filmfare award for five consecutive years and has also been bestowed with the Padmashri in recognition of his achievements.

Kumar Sanu – Live in Concert at the Phoenix Market City, on 9th January is presented by Cisne for Arts, a leading event and artist company. Cisne for Arts is known for hosting many successful events and concerts in Mumbai. They are experienced in managing and executing events involving the renowned artists such as Pt. Shiv Kumar Sharma, Pt. Hari Prasad Chaurasia, Dr. M. Balamurali Krishna, Jagjit Sigh, classical dancers such as Hema Malini, Pt. Birju Maharaj, Dakhsha Seth, Bollywood singers such Sunidhi Chauhan, Sonu Niggam, Abhijeet and Usha Uthup, actors such as Anupam Kher, Shabana Azmi, Rakesh Bedi… among many others.

Kedarnath Bhattacharya, better known as Kumar Sanu is one of the most popular playback singers of Bollywood who has always mesmerized us with his soulful voice for years. His name is now synonymous with melody and versatility. He first came into limelight for his Kishore Kumar-like voice in the early Nineties. He has been in the industry now for over 26 years. And is still going strong. Just last year only, he made a comeback of a sort, with the Yashraj Films, Dum Laga Ke Haisha. All his songs from this films were blockbusters. He even acted in that film, playing himself. This year, he will seen donning the hat of music composer. He has composed music for two Bengali films, Tobu Aparichito and Nabajiban Bima Company. He even holds the Guinness Book world record for recording the maximum number of songs in a day, which are 28, in the year 1993. He has also been bestowed with the Padmashri by the then President of India, Pratibha Patil, in recognition of his achievements.

In his concert at the Phoenix Market City on 9th January, Sanu promises to mesmerise the audience with his chartbusters and his distinct style of singing, which made him an icon to the music lovers all over globe.
