Addictive behaviour is the root of all suffering and if you want peace in your life then you'll have to let go the thing that haunts you. In reality there is no such problem we just create and maintain problems because somewhere we feel a sense of identity. Sometimes we hold onto our pain that even its ability to serve us. We rewind over mistakes that has been done before over and over in our head, that causes to create a feeling of shame and regret which ruins our present by living in it. life will never be easy we'll have to just practice it. We just have to accept the way it comes and try to let go the things that make us feel bad and what make us feel regret every moment. Here are some ways to get over with it.

 

1. Let go the frustration that lies within you:

Unless you let go the situation, unless you let go the frustration that lies in you, you'll never be in peace and you can never move forward.

A person most commonly frustrated with the act he did and that causes to make him to carry the burden of his own deed, so firstly let go that.

 

2. Learn something new everyday:

To let go the things, the best way is to learn a new skill everyday or something that make you feel better. Learning anything will always be exciting and will help you to get over from the situation. For that time you'll forget the thing that causes your pain and this will enhance your ability of learning.

 

3. Focus all your energy in something you are actually good:When you do something by your heart you'll definitely going to be the best and if you focus all your energy in something you are best things will be awesome. This will help you to let go the things you were holding on. Reminding yourself the things you have done can never be fruitful so actually focusing on your strength will help you.

 

4. Cry it out:

This is the best way to heal yourself just cry it out and you'll actually feel good. Let your tears water the seeds of your future happiness. Things should not be hold on for so long just for a simple reason that they are heavy with no benefit and we don't need to carry weights without any reason so cry it out. Laugh as you can everything will be al right.

 

5. Express yourself in a creative way like be a blogger:

Try to express yourself in the way you are creative like you might be good in painting, writing, bloging even you might be good in doodling. Yes it might sounds crazy but if you are good in doodling then express yourself in that way and things will be easier and helps you to let go the things.

6. Engage yourself in some physical activity:Physical activity not even exert the toxic things from body but also reveals the pain inside you. So it is relevant to engage yourself in some physical activity like cycling, yoga anything you like you have in your routine.

 

7. Take a walk:

Walk in the breeze you'll feel a sense of soothness. Taking a walk everyday makes you healthy and a healthy mind will make you happy. It causes to have a good and healthy mind. For letting go anything taking a walk is the best things.

 

8. Make small goals, list them out and try to complete them everyday:

Try to list out the things of even your small goals, make a list of the things that will let you feel good. Listing out the things will cause you to engage you in your goals and when you'll achieve your goal then a feeling of happiness and satisfaction will boost your self confidence and make you happier.

 

9. Change your perception:  

It is very important to change your rigid perception towards either a person or any situation or anything that is the reason of your pain, not changing the perception is wrong sometimes we misunderstood the person/situation. So its essential to let change your perception towards anything. It will calm yourself.

 

10. Forgive the person who causes your pain:Sticking on something were never be the solution of anything if you'll not going to forgive the person that causes your pain you'll never be in peace. So do something for yourself let go the person forgive them and you'll actually feel yourself in peace.So be in peace let the things go because holding on the things will only destroy your inner peace. Let your brain, your body in peace, just let go everything.
