Attracting women takes confidence. Regardless if you are fat, skinny, to tall, to skinny, to nerdy, to dumb or to anything; you can attract and seduce some of your cities most beautiful women by being confident. Confidence in a man is by far the most alluring aphrodisiac to a woman. This stems from their primordial brain that is constantly searching for the top alpha male to breed with. The alpha male has the best genes and has the best chances of protecting and taking care of her and her offspring. So when confidence is high in a man, her part of her brain that is looking for the alpha male will pick up the scent and give him a much bigger chance of winning her over than someone who is shy and reserve.
Now, the reason I tell you that attracting women will require you to develop thick skin is because no one can become confident or even fake confidence if they are shivering in their shoes at the thought of trying to pick up a women and getting rejected. The key is to be able to control your nerves (if they come out at all) and be able to brush off any rejection and continue moving forward. This is where having thick skin comes in. Once a man has an understanding that being rejected by a woman is not the closest thing to a root-canal and can brush it off without a flinch, then he has built a strong female seducing and dating foundation.
LEARN HOW TO ATTRACT WOMEN: PLAY THE NUMBERS
The difficult part for most men usually comes around this time. Men have an understanding that they need to be able to approach a woman with confidence but they cannot bring themselves to even approach her due to the paralyzing fear they experience. To get over this fear, you must learn how to play the numbers. Building thick skin is about breaking past your fear and living through what ever happens at the end of a confrontation with a woman. Confidence is built on character and character is built through hardship. When you know you can over come a certain hardship you strengthen your character and your confidence grows.
This is the same rule regarding building confidence. You go to pick up a woman at a bar, you break out of your comfort zone, you succeed or get shot down, and then you are mentally prepared even more for the next time you go back to attract or pick up another woman. With this experience, specifically when you are getting shot down, you are building thicker and thicker skin. Eventually, you will never care that you get shot down or not and going up to women will be similar to second nature.
But again to get to that level you have to play the numbers. The more women you hit on, the thicker your skin will become and then one day rather than you being nervous of going up to her, she will be nervous that you are actually giving her the time of day.
