Many people would tell me: "if I plan a lot, I am losing my freedom; I love being taken where the wind blows and not worrying every day about my to-do list so that I can really enjoy life". It is indeed true if you enjoy life. However, if you spend that time regretting the moments when you did not make the most out of your life, or if you feel guilty because you are not doing what you are supposed to do, then it is useless.

If you waste your time because you have never reached an important level of success, then again that is not freedom. So proper planning and time management are necessary for you to reach your goals.

If you plan well, you will be able to manage your time better and waste less time. It is extremely important to manage your time, because a good management of time means that you will reach your goals faster, you to feel better and, thus, have more self-esteem as you are in control of your time. As a result you will feel less guilty, because guilt is one of the main annihilators of self-esteem and self-love. You want to feel less guilty, because that helps you keep your self-love intact in order for you to believe that you deserve to receive all the best. Guilt does not make it possible for the universe to offer you all the best there is, because you are using the law of attraction in a negative way.

Managing your time effectively will make it possible for you to have more self-esteem and more self-confidence, to see that you can be successful and you can get your tasks done within the allocated timeframe.     

In conclusion, managing your time efficiently will take you closer to your goals, build self-confidence. It makes you self-disciplined and more productive. It helps you control your life and you can enjoy your life to the fullest.
